This site is dedicated to the memory of Anita Wilmarth-Romonov.

You can only have one mother
Patient kind and true;
No other friend in all the world,
Will be the same to you.
When other friends forsake you,
To mother you will return,
For all her loving kindness,
She asks nothing in return.

Anita Wilmarth-Romonov was born in Syracuse, NY on August 25, 1943 to Rose LeCosta and Robert Wilmarth. She was an only child.
Anita graduated high school in 1961 and married Andrew Frank that same year. She became a file clerk and typist for Onondaga County. She dedicated her spare time to her children and volunteering at her local hospital.
Following her seperation from Andrew in 1982 Anita met Joseph Romonov and married in 1985. She retired her position at the county and moved to South Carolina in 1990.
Anita loved gardening, black and white photography, cooking and time with her family and friends.
Anita is survived by her husband Joseph Romonov, her daughters Tracey, Dawn, Belinda, son Drew and grandsons Victor, Alex, Theo and Justin.

She is much loved and will always be remembered by all her friends and family.

The family asks that in lieu of Flowers or Gifts please make a charitable donation or light a candle in her honor.
